Bree Cahill - President
Bree Cahill is currently Chief of Staff at climate-tech startup and circular reuse platform, Dispatch Goods. For the past six years, Bree has worked in the startup world, supporting organizations that worked on solving problems from improving working memory to making the perfect cup of coffee. Prior to her time in the startup space, Bree was Executive Director of nonprofit SVP Sacramento, supporting Sacramento-based nonprofits in perfecting their pitch to potential donors.

Ron McCord - Vice President
Ronnie McCord is a veteran with experience in automation systems and IT administration. He is a regenerative farmer, and owner/operator at Grow Good Organics. Ronnie has a special interest in regenerative agriculture and grows a variety of specialty crops in San Diego county. He is well known for his work with the Solana Center and bokashi fermentation.

Brian Lewandowski - Treasurer
Brian Lewandowski has worked as an accountant for over 30 years. He brings experience to the Mongol Tribe working with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, monthly and year end closings, sales tax audits, workers compensation audits, yearend financial and compliance audits, and monthly and yearly financial statements. He currently works for an accounting firm that specializes in providing the accounting services for non-profit organizations. His work involves helping with grant financial reporting, GAAP compliance, audit support, and monthly financial reporting to the executive directors and boards of the non-profit firms. He also helps non-profit firms set up and maintain procedural compliance for single audits.

A seasoned Human Resources professional, Kristin Lewandowski has over 18 years' experience in many facets of HR. She is currently working for a global relocation company, providing sole support for 83 employees. Her current areas of responsibility include recruiting, performance management, benefits and business insurance administration, policy writing, administrator for HRIS system and payroll processing. Kristin is a dedicated professional that thrives on positively impacting employee satisfaction and overall company productivity and growth.

Jason Williams is currently President of JW Metals, a recycling company based in National City, CA. With seven years of business experience, Jason is a fourth generation entrepreneur of the recycling business in San Diego County dating back to the 1950s. He brings his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen to everything that he does.

Monica Dee Ellis - Board Member
Monica Dee Ellis is an artist, advocate, writer and researcher who explores the intersections between poetry, visual storytelling and critical analyses of space, place and belonging. Monica values ancestral nomadic practices and has an educational background that includes Sociology and Behavioral Sciences with a focus on data interpretation and analysis that centers marginalized populations and produces human systems change and inclusive and equitable relationships to social and physical ecologies.
